We use them every time we book in Captiva. Always friendly. I do wish there were more options for staying different and/or less days besides Saturday to Saturday, especially if a place isn't booked. American Realty does it all to make each guest's experience the very best! Their Staff is always there day and night to help with whatever you need and they have their own large stock of most household items right on site.
Their maintenance personnel can fix just about anything and always have a smile on their face because they love what they do. If you stay at an American Realty property you are in good hands - relax and enjoy! Booked a house here for myself and a few other friends that were part of my friend's bridal party.

If you're staying near Captiva's Village Center, you can easily walk to any of the shops, restaurants, merchants, and even our own Captiva Library. Having a great game of golf or tennis then relaxing by the pool and soaking up that glorious Florida sunshine.

Captiva Cottages would like you to visit one of the best locations on Captiva Island. These cute cottages are comfortably nestled among royal palms, whispering pines, and tropical flowers. The waterfront property takes full advantage of the natural beauty and magnificent views out over the bay. The Cottage #8 is water front, the others are a few steps back, but all share the grounds.
