My experience with icare Psychiatry has been exceptional. I have been a client of Dr Tans for 7 years. He has always listened to what I had to say . He also was able to provide genetic testing to determine which medications would work more effectively. I was recommended to him by a friend who also sees him. We believe that he has ultimately made our lives the best they could be. He also recommended an amazing therapist.

I have been seeing Dr. Tan for years, and he has been nothing but helpful. Everything he has prescribed or added on to my antidepressants has made such a difference. He listens to what my concerns are and he knows what meds to adjust or which ones to add. He's awesome. I definitely recommend him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rhigel Tan has to be the most narcissitic, rude and out for only the money Shrink I have ever talked to. He locked on to something I said about a family member and decided I must have that same disorder. The fact that he claimed to know Exactly what disorder I had based on less than a 15 minute conversation where he barely let me get a sentence completed shocks and saddens me. Please save your time and money and Do NOT look to him for guidance.
