UPDATE...We had good guy come out to help with a major plumbing repair needed in our home. We needed to have our carpet pulled up to have a broken pipe repaired under our concrete slab. Good guy came and pulled back the carpet and returned to repair the carpet. We were happy with the work till not too long after, the seam began to come undone. I reached out to good guy providing photos of the seam. Initially, he responded saying he could come repair it the following week. However, after following up the next week, he would not respond. At this point I'm not confident he will come repair it

I wish I could have experienced a cleaning and some of the other customers have on the great reviews I read prior to scheduling an appointment. However, it's unfortunate that I report a failed attempt!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning between 12-1pm on VALENTINES DAY only because our schedules conflicted and I really needed the service. Well going on 3 pm and two attempts of calling and getting the nonchalant, uncaring, and unsympathetic "answering service" I report that I was stood up!!! No call, no call back, not a word!!! What a complete waste of my time I must say
