So many clientele tell me that they have friends, family, and coworkers whom they would like to refer to me but they have do not know how to describe my integrative approach to bodywork. They commonly ask me, Paul (the English spelling of my name), "what is a sentence or two that I can use to describe your bodywork?"

My goal is to have this web site be available for marketing but, more importantly, be available for everyone (potential and existing clients) to better understand my services and how I may be able to help in their healing process. I am sharing an office just off of the I-94/Edens Expressway at the Old Orchard Road exit in Skokie, Illinois.

About Pál
Report
Bodywork isn't a job to me, it is a passion. I enjoy working with my hands, I love working with people, and I am fascinated by how amazingly complex our bodies are. I consider it a privilege and value the trust that clients give to me to help assist them with their therapeutic needs. I grew up on the other side of Illinois, in the Quad Cities.
Services
Report
Most of my clients find me through word-of-mouth because they are looking for something different from mainstream medicine/physical therapy that will help take care of the source of their aches. For everyone else who is just looking for options to help de-stress, I still have options that are great for general wellness.
Techniques
Report
Whatever your relaxation or therapeutic needs are, I have the training and experience to be able to work with you from an energetic, neuro-muscular, and myofascial (connective tissue) approach. John Barnes' Myofascial Release: Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Oil Massage
Report
For anyone looking for a "Deep Tissue" massage, please visit my Therapeutic Massage page. For specific problems, I pretty much will work to whatever depth is needed to get the job done but those 'therapeutic' techniques are performed dry, without oil, so that I can optimally grip and work with the connective tissue.
Structural Energetic Therapy
Report
The CORE, or spiral, DISTORTION: This is the primary underlying cause of postural imbalances throughout the whole body. This distortion is inherent in every body and can even be observed in torsion of the hips and spine of a 16 week old fetus. It creates a resistance against any bodywork that attempts to relax, restore balance, or strengthen the body.
