In 1990 attorney Mark M. Ferguson received his Juris Doctorate from UMKC's law school and went on to work as a Rule 13 law clerk. After spending some time working in Clay County's prosecuting office, Mark served as an Assistant Prosecutor of Missouri. Before long, the desire grew to launch his own firm.

Mark Ferguson began his legal career while in law school, as he served as a Rule 13 Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Law Clerk for the Clay County Prosecutors Office, from 1989-1990. There Mark specialized in weekly criminal and traffic dockets trials, hearings, plea negotiations, and the filing and review of criminal charges.
About Margaret

Margaret Costanzo graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1993. Immediately after law school, Margaret worked as the Assistant Prosecutor in the Municipal Court of Kansas City, Missouri for 17 years. While in the prosecutor's office, Margaret garnered experience in criminal and civil law.
About John
Report
John Newberry began his work in the legal field while in law school, where he served as a clerk for Snowden, Craine, & DeCooper. Upon graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1975, John became an Associate for Snowden, Craine, & DeCooper. While there, John practiced criminal law for five years where he handled a wide range of Felony cases including: domestic assault, armed robbery, and possession of drugs.
