Thank you to our neighbors in Portland's Collins View and South Burlingame for selecting Burlingame Bikes their favorite bike shop on Next Door. Marc and Glenn Vanselow, son and father, partnered to open Burlingame Bikes in 2013. We love bicycles, old and new. As professional mechanics, we love the technology of new bikes and cherish the hand-built craftsmanship of classic bikes.

Jamis is an American family-owned company. The began importing European bikes into the U.S. in 1937 and built their first bike in 1979. They currently sell bikes throughout the U.S. and in 50 countries. The 2019 Tour de France began with two stages in Belgium to honor the 50th Anniversary of Eddy Merckx's first of five Tour victories.

Also, we can help with upgrades if you want increased performance or more modern components. One can repaint a frame, but we love patina.
