Because of all those fancy high pressure sportfishing charters that are available on the North Carolina Outer Banks, Capt. Frank McCargo decided to create an Outer Banks fishing experience that's a bit different from the rest of the fleet. At Sea Hag we offer OBX inshore, Pamlico Sound, near shore, intermediate and offshore charters that have been created around some unique ideals.
All of our private charters have been designed to be inexpensive so that the whole family can participate. Our rates are charged by the boat trip and not per person which is the very reason Capt. Frank always encourages parents to bring the young fishermen along. We love helping our young anglers make memories that will last a lifetime while they build a desire to experience many more Outer Banks fishing trips.

We offer a large list of options and prices so that we can find a charter for your exact needs. Please discuss your deposit with Capt. Frank when you schedule your charter. The mate is the hardest working person on any charter and he is the key ingredient in your fishing success. It is traditional in North Carolina to tip your mate between 15% and 20% of the charter rate.
