I've had solar heating for my pool for a number of years -- Solar Store people are always professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, especially to people like me who forget how to use the system. I'm getting a new roof installed and they're being extremely helpful in scheduling the removal and re-installation of the solar stuff, working with my roofer, and keeping me apprised of what's going on. Also I use their maintenance agreement which ha guaranteed me outstanding support when I need it, like for winterizing the system and getting it restarted in the spring - they're great -- especially

I gave them a $600 deposit for a level 2 charger installation 2 months ago. I haven't received any updates as to what is going on and every time I call I get a round around excuse as to where in the process it is. First I was told it was ready for scheduling, then they said they hadn't submitted for permitting because there was an issue with the drawing and that the owner would contact me. That was three weeks ago and now no one is answering phone calls. As far as I'm concerned this company conned me out of my money. 0 response, 0 callbacks, and a car that I can't use because I can't charge.

The office staff were very friendly and personable. They were responsive to our urgent needs and got us scheduled for work quickly. The service techs were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful explaining why and what they were doing with the replacement of our 80 gallon solar water heater. They completed the job in 4 hrs. We are very pleased with the entire process.
