In 2002, Greg Hilliard had already been in the heating and air conditioning industry for over sixteen years. He could see there was a significant need for an integrity-based HVAC company in Twin Cities area. Together with his wife Nancy and a couple of close friends, they sat down at the family dining room table and started to "doodle."
The goal was to come up with a logo for the company in the works. After critiquing each design, they ultimately agreed on Greg's logo and the vision grew.
