The short answer: YES! Bathroom ventilation systems are designed to exhaust odors and damp air to the home's exterior. Ventilation systems should be installed in all bathrooms, including those with windows, since windows will not be opened during the winter in. Since summer is just around the corner, lets talk about air conditioning units.

I didnt end up buying the house that was inspected, but I will be calling Matt again as soon as I find another I am interested in. 52 page report with videos and photos- insanely detailed and very much appreciated! Helped me get a very clear idea of all the costs that would be associated in getting that house fixed up to an acceptable standard by pointing out things I would have overlooked!

We contacted Matt for a home inspection on a home that was 100 years old. Matt was very prompt in getting our home on his schedule. Matt was very meticulous in his work.
