I have been attending "Rhonda's Everybodies Yoga" now for about two years . My husband has been going over a year after open heart surgery. Our class is with a group most over 50 and we are 68. It has made a huge improvement in our movement, agility and much more. Rhonda is knowledgeable, compassionate, great workouts , makes it fun & we highly recommend one of her classes near you.

Rhonda is not your "typical" yogi...she is more. And once you get to know her, and she YOU, your practice will begin to blossom.
I had taken a few other yoga classes here and there before finding Rhonda and never really felt like I connected. But now I feel like I've found "home". Rhonda is good at seeing your potential and pushing you and making you see and feel it YOURSELF. <3
