We found Vanessa Martinez purely by chance through realtor.com, and she was so helpful to make sure our purchase of a new home in a changing market was successful, that we also worked with her on selling our existing home. Robert Scott Spencer is possibly the worst realtor I have ever encountered. 1 star is much too nice for this review. Lets start with I am not currently in San Antonio and I had to fire my other property management due to other reasons. I hired Scott at the beginning of the year and in August when the AC had issues, decided I wanted to sell because the maintenance upkeep was too much on our family. I informed Scott months in advance that I wanted to sell when the tenants lease was up in January. First, he went to the tenants and told them I wanted to sell as fast as possible and they could get
