Water Well Drilling
Specializing in residential, agricultural, commercial, and municipal well drilling since 1946. Our capabilities include 8-16 inch diameter wells up to 3,000 feet deep using reverse rotary and direct rotary methods. We install stainless steel casing, engineered filter packs, and bentonite seals for long-term reliability.
Pump Installation
Full-service pump solutions for residential and commercial applications. We supply and install submersible pumps, turbine pumps, pressure tanks, and variable speed controllers. Our inventory includes major brands and replacement parts for immediate repairs and system upgrades.
Environmental Services
Rodgers & Company & Company Environmental Services provides groundwater monitoring and contamination cleanup. Our Hazwoper-certified crews install monitoring systems, perform soil sampling, and implement remediation solutions. We have 1.5 acres in the agricultural area of the South Valley. They are the only people in town I trust to work on my well and I'm a paranoid person when it comes to my water source. They are professional, technical, personal, and know how to empathize with the customer. Their prices are also reasonable, which I believe is a great show of character, as they could easily take advantage of people in desperate situations. From their field technicians to their office staff, I would trust them with a key to my gate. I cant say this for too many other companies.

We recently woke up to no water which is never pleasant. We called Rodgers and they immediately put us on the schedule. We share the well with two other homes so coordination can be tricky. They were patient and communicated well throughout the process. The problem was a bad pigtail on the pump, which was repaired quickly. They also honored the warranty on the part and labor. Would recommend.

Rodgers treated our well problem promptly. They showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally well within their estimated time for service and cost estimation. They went above and beyond by working to get our broken pump covered under warranty that was placed by another company and saved us a lot of money in the process. They are the best!
