We are an exclusive venue with both an indoor & outdoor space. The indoor area can comfortably hold up to 80 seated guests, and for certain events, up to 140 guests. Our outdoor space has a spectacular view of downtown Houston. 1111 is conveniently located 1.1 miles from I-10. For each event hosted at 1111, optional valet parking* is available at $300 per 4 hour event.

That's impossible to say - your date may be available up until the day before the event (really not that likely!), or it might get booked today. We really have no way of knowing. Also, we accept bookings up until the end of the following year, meaning that we are currently booking dates through the end of 2018.
