Kelly Transit has been providing transportation service for students with special needs at the request of Lincoln Intermediate Unit No. 12 since 1978. Currently, we transport over 700 students to over twenty-five school districts in York and Adams Counties. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality transportation for our students with safety as our top priority.
We have a wonderful team consisting of over 80 drivers whom we are very proud of. Bus drivers are special people and those who have been chosen to transport exceptional students deal with more than driving. They maintain safety, maneuver wheelchairs, deal with discipline and behavior problems, and act as role models for many of the students they transport.
