Went to the Louisville Boat and RV show on a Saturday. Spoke with Anna, who was great to deal with. Filled out all the necessary paper work and picked up the trailer on Wednesday. Excellent customer care all the way around; will definitely do business with Roots RV again. I just wanted to say that me my husband were at Roots RV and had the best sales person there.
