We found we had water in the ceiling of our basement, called Done Right and they were out within an hour. Jon worked quickly to find the problem coming from our kitchen and set things up to begin removing water. Jon and crew spent the next four days working on our house also, they took care of everything and were here to meet with insurance adjuster and construction company. I cant say enough about this company! If anyone has a problem that needs a restoration company look no further than Done Right!

We had a frozen pipe burst and soak our finished basement. Jon and his team showed up ready to work; they moved all our belongings quickly into an area not impacted. Then set up all kinds of fans and dehumidifiers to get things dried. Jon knew where to find water and damage that we didn't think was there. I'm super grateful for that as I am now confident I won't be dealing with mold in the future.

They were professional, fast, informative and extremely helpful! He was even willing to be late to a wedding to come and mitigate our unexpected water damage. Highly recommend! He also has all the contacts for what comes after drying everything and mitigating the damage. Excellent choice!

I came home to a burst pipe in our basement in the evening. I called Jon expecting next day service but he was over within the hour and immediately got to work mitigating the damage. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable explaining step by step what needed to be done to extract water, prevent mold, and kill any mold/residue. He checked in periodically and walked up through every step. He kept us informed and always arrived on time for appointments. Jon also gave recommendations for other contractors to use to get the repairs done. I highly recommend Jon and his team, and will definitely
