***** UPDATE****** after a few months of back and forth between transport company and nmotion, nmotion decided to just give me the money for damages, Im very happy that they finally stepped up and made things right! ***UPDATE*****. I used this company to move two vehicles from Texas to Maryland. The price was great however the driver that picked up my vehicles said he would be the one bringing them to the destination... well when my vehicles arrived they were on a different truck and trailer with a different driver (who spoke no English). Also one vehicle arrived with damage, ( when I said I

This was my first vehicle transport. I was moving a 2018 Ford Focus for my college age daughter from Fayetteville, NC to Tempe, AZ. After reading reviews on many companies I admit I was apprehensive. I selected N-Motion Transport because Ashley was quick to answer the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions. Gary (the transporter) contacted me and we agreed to meet at a public location (Sam's Club) where he was dropping off another vehicle. On delivery, the meeting place was also set for a public place (Football Stadium at ASU). The vehicle was picked up on the day requested and

"BEWARE "This Company Is No Good!!! I had my BMW 535i transported by this company, N Motion Transport, in Houston Texas. The driver delivered the vehicle from Plano Texas to Long Beach California. The drop off time had to be scheduled and the driver, whom I understood was the owner of the company, delivered the vehicle late. I had to scramble to reschedule the delivery appointment. The delivery time was critical because the vehicle had to be there in time to be loaded on the ship, Pasha, to Hawaii. When I got the vehicle it had damage to the front bumper. Pasha sent me a picture of the vehicle

Excellent, Professional Company. I had my car transported across the country. Joshua sent me the form, and by the next day had a truck lined up to pick up my car. Driver Borse contacted me day before with a time. Very punctual. Then he contacted me the day before delivery and also contacted the person who was accepting the car. VERY Professional. Highly Recommend.

Had very positive experience with the company transporting my cars within TX. The agent Meagan was very efficient and capable. The driver Mr. Pauta was a very experienced and responsible person. The cars were picked up and dropped off on time and in the condition as they were. It's a little bit pricey but the service worthy it. Would recommend them to those who need car transportation.

N-Motion was hired to transport my Mom's Lexus from FL up to my sister in CT. They used a company called Future Car Express LLC. The car arrived with grease all over the seats and a long scratch on the driver's side door. After trying to file a claim, my Mom was told that the carrier used to transport the car was not an insured vehicle. Meaghan Mock was NO HELP in getting the issue resolved. If you have a nice car, I would look for another transport company. If you aren't worried about your car getting damaged and dirty, N-Motion is the way to go.
