S&S homes is one of the poorest run companies I have ever built with. They are dishonest, they leave there jobs half done and have no organization skills. Our home was "finished" almost 5 months ago and we were told "give us two weeks and we will get your punch list done." We've not seen or herd from anyone unless we tirelessly harass them. I continue to turn Friends and family away from building with them, and am looking at seeking legal action. DO NOT BUILD OR BUY AN S&S home.

I cant express how tired, frustrated, and upset I am over our current build with S&S Homes. Theyve been rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and beyond disorganized. If you want to feel like you took on a part time job while building a home, these are your guys! The following examples are only a few of many.
Weve had our project manager blatantly lie about delays, claiming cabinets were back ordered only for us to call the cabinet company and find they have our cabinets ready to go and S&S hasnt picked them up. He rarely ever responds to us, when he does hes rude and only plays the

We recently built a home with S&S. We've built many homes over the years and S&S is one of the best companies we've worked with. They honored their pricing to the dollar, even in this crazy hot real estate market. They were always responsive and professional, the home is beautiful and on time, and they made changes and repairs easy. They keep the online schedule up to date so you know what's going on and upload pictures each week so you can see progress .We highly recommend S&S Homes and would absolutely build with them again.

Called today. Not sure who answered the phone. They had absolutely no interest in helping me. Guess they don't need my business. I'll buy a house from someone else.
