At first this company seemed professional, they were responsive and sent out a rep to measure our window timely. However, the rep did not notice the tint of the windows and was prepared to order a window without the correct tint. So we actually emailed the company requesting that be addressed and even expanding our order to include 2 other windows as well. This is where things went sideways with the woman who handles that and answers customer calls. I emailed her three times over 2 weeks and she never replied. So then I called her. She said she would have the rep contact us; which, he never did
