Needed to rekey my new house and change door handles, Ross was amazing, he help installing and rekeying smart locks and installed new door handles for us. He went way above and beyond re-keying our new home, including grinding down one door frame to help the locks shut better and lubricating other locks all just to give us the best possible experience. I was in a situation where I locked my car keys in my car while at home and I was in full panic mode. Luckily, I stumbled across Guardian Lock and Security and the customer service could not have been any better! The gentleman Ross Andrews was already serving another customer but he made sure to touch base with me about the time he would be there. He was perfectly on time, the professionalism was amazing and I was so relieved. Highly recommend to anyone needing any lock services!!! The total price of the service was fair and affordable. 😃😃
