Completion of this course is mandatory by DMV before one can schedule a road test. In this course, a student can learn about rules of the road, right of way, techniques to keep safe, the importance of positive outlook, how to keep away from road rage, danger of fatigue, danger distractions, pedestrian safety, danger of drunk driving, driving in bad weather.

Our college educated, DMV certified instructors will provide you with updated information in an interactive classroom session. The following topics are included:. Reduce points from your violation record to prevent a suspension of your New York State license. Each lesson is 45 minutes in duration and is strictly private.

It is suggested that you schedule your lessons as often as possible. In-depth research has proved that students learn more rapidly when taking two lessons at a time. Under the graduated licensing law, all permit holders under the age of 18 must hold their permits for 6 months before they are permitted to set a road test appointment. You must have your "Photo Learners Permit", a Pre-licensing Certificate (MV278) or a Driver's Education certificate (MV285). If they are under the age of 18, they must also have a "50" hours of supervised driving form.
