Soul Shine Yoga

Soul Shine Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio located in downtown Fairhope, Alabama offering a wide variety of heated and unheated classes for all ages and levels. Hot classes at Soul Shine include our signature Hot Power Hour, Hot Restore: Hips + Hamstrings and Hot Restore: Flow. These classes are held in a room with five custom Infrared radiant heat panels, a therapeutic, clean heat source.

Ready to meet your mat? Start with a 2 week unlimited special, plan the perfect schedule to meet your goals, and then pick the pricing option that works best for you!. Memberships start at just $10.75 a class and range from unlimited classes for a daily practice, to once a week if you just need a little extra zen.

Prepare to move, breath and sweat your way through a powerful hot yoga class or stretch, restore and reset in an unheated class. All of our Hot Power classes take place in a room heated to 90 degrees and we welcome all levels to any class. All of our other classes are unheated. We recommend you bring a mat, towel and water with you.

We offer 30 minute and 60 minute personal yoga sessions at Soul Shine. Your session will be tailored to your unique needs, whether you are brand new to yoga, recovering from an injury, want to refine your practice or work safely towards more advanced poses. Restore: Soul Care sessions include restorative yoga postures, essential oils and Reiki to help relax the nervous system and promote stress relief.
