The worst shipping company I ever worked with. I shipped my vehicle (ML Mercedes Benz) to Malabo with them back in October. The car was supposed to arrive about a month later, it only arrived at the end of December and I could only get it from the port mid January. Once we open the container, my car was damaged. I reached out to them, send them pictures and explained the problem. They basically washed their hands and referred me to the local company. I talked to the local company and they send me back to American Royal. I should mentioned that I paid both companies. American Royal Shipping and
