We specialize in water production wells. We service and drill wells to procure water for our customer, and we primarily work on residential projects, for drinking water supply and irrigation uses. For our residential clients, we believe that we can offer you a well that is as good as the well that the city gets their water from.

Unlike municipal water sources, which are regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, private wells are the responsibility of homeowners. That means the city and the state of Washington will not test private water sources for harmful bacteria or contaminants.

It is recommended that well owners have their water tested at least once every year and also after significant flooding, or any changes in water quality (taste, odor, clarity), to ensure your water is safe for drinking.The most common bacteria that Washington well owners need to be concerned with is total coliform bacteria, fecal coliform, and e-coli.

Well pumps require tanks and controls to operate efficiently and safely. A well pump system delivering pressure to the home will require a pressure tank, a pressure switch or sensor, and a motor controller - either a solid state system or a variable speed drive.

Variable Speed Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), or Constant Pressure Systems offer on-demand style pump performance - as pressure drops, the drive will raise the pump motor RPM to try to match the downstream demand on the water system and hold the pressure near constant.A typical constant pressure system will be set to hold the pressure in the house near 50-70 PSI.
