Otimo Life is the whole body fitness practice of InYoung Venegas, DOM, L.Ac. Trained in both Eastern and Western medicine, Dr. Venegas helps her clients discover the underlying reasons for pain, and creates customized fitness plans that help her clients live healthier lives and achieve total body and mind wellness.

InYoung helps clients maximize their time and effort by discovering what they need to fix - pain relief, weight management, posture correction, nerve or muscle issues, sleep problems, and much more - and designing fitness, training, and nutrition plans highly customized and individually tailored.

InYoung Ha Venegas holds a Masters in Science in Chinese Medicine through the University of East West Medicine. She is a licensed acupuncturist who studied nursing at the University of Hawaii, and holds several certificates in health and fitness. In addition to acupuncture, InYoung specializes in Pilates and Yoga.

We help clients establish strong and positive nutrition habits that help improve their overall health and wellbeing. While educating clients on nutrition, we prescribe herbal medicine and supplements when needed.
