I found InYoung via my health care provider list then later found out she is also on Yelp so wanted to provide my feedback so others will know how AMAZING she is. I had injured my back recently so was suffering from pain that shoots down to my arm. Simply put, it was painful, difficult for me to sit up, turn my neck nor sleep. Acupuncture is not new to me but she is the first who actually went through my issues in detail. She explained to me the root cause and was candid that without dealing with the root cause, my pain will continue to persist. Although acupuncture will help alleviate the pain

I have been working with Inyoung since October, 2020. Weekend workouts at the park give me not only physical strength but also refreshing mindset especially during the pandemic. It is absolutely fun to exercise with other peers as well. She is aware of my body condition. Even if it is a group setting, I still get valuable comments on my posture. More often than not, it is pretty challenging to keep up with her speed and standards however I feel accomplishment from the class. Thank you Inyoung!

Very professional. Great instruction. Great acupuncturist. When I was running my Achilles tendon popped. I could barely walk but I knew it wasnt torn. Inyoung gave me acupuncture, 2 needles with electric stimulation that day. The next day I was able to walk much better.

My husband and I have been working with Inyoung for many years. She was a knowledgeable and competent personal trainer when we met her in the Bay Club. Over the years, through her determinations and hard works, we witnessed first hand she matured into the rare wellness professional who can provide the true complete package of care to her clients. She combines the western fitness trainings and eastern herbal medicine & Acupuncture, providing us with the unique tailored made wellness care programs. Her long years of studies and experiences made her unique; Shes more capable and competent than

InYoung is amazing! I've had chronic pain in my left hip/hamstring/calf/foot on my left side since I had Achilles repair surgery over 10 years ago. My pain was constant and I never thought it would get better. Months of PT, years of working out, massage, etc none of it made the pain go away.
InYoung saw me for a few weeks of acupuncture and assigned me some "homework" (exercises) to do and the pain and is 85% better. I can't thank her enough for helping me!

I came to InYoung for acupuncture in hopes of treating some chronic stress symptoms. I was dealing with intense acid reflux and my primary care physician's only solution was regular medication. I tend to prefer a more natural/holistic approach than taking medication for the rest of my life, so I figured acupuncture was worth a shot. In just 4 weeks (2 visits) my reflux has gone away entirely. I definitely recommend InYoung!

I recently discovered Inyoung accidentally and decided to give her a try for some chronic inflammation around an old hip injury that I am also currently being treated for with physical therapy. Her office location was only 8 mins away and that happened to be an additional perk. I was initially extremely skeptical when she recommended acupuncture for my injured spot, as I had up until this point had zero success with all other acupuncture providers but I willing to give it a try. The first session was nothing like any of the other previous sessions I had had. I walked away a bit sore but found
