Laser Cutting
Walkup Company provides high-precision laser cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 3/4" thick. Our Bystronic Lasers handle complex shapes with tight tolerances, offering fast turnaround for industrial applications. This non-contact method eliminates tooling costs while maintaining dimensional accuracy for prototyping and production runs.
Metal Bending
Our CNC press brakes bend sheet metal and plate up to 1/2" thick with automated back gauging systems. With 700-ton capacity equipment, we achieve tight tolerances for structural components and custom enclosures. Plate Rolling
Walkup Company's plate rolling services form cylinders, cones, and custom shapes from 16-gauge to 1/2" thick materials.
