My experience was not as positive as I had hoped. I was mostly frustrated by the inability to get my records from Florida transferred to this office in spite of making the 40 minute drive 2 weeks ahead of my appointment for the sole purpose of filling out the paperwork to get this done. Then by the inability to communicate with the office (3 of my 4 calls during working hours went to voice mail); calls made trying to follow up on the transfer of my records which ultimately was not done. Finally, I was called back nearly an hour late for my morning appointment. I did however like Dr. Soares, so

Excellent care. Skin check for any questionable skin lesions. One site required a skin biopsy. Done with ease and no pain. Awaiting lab results.

AAD is the best place for skin care. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are efficient and patient. Dr. Soeras has the most pleasant
and caring manner. It is always a place I can rely on for professional care.

I have a small cyst on my forehead that isn't life threatening, just ugly. I called for an appointment and asked for a ballpark price, the lady tells me $200 - $300 since I don't have insurance. I go to see the Dr., pay $100 deposit, he does his evaluation and says "not a big deal, about 30 minutes. I tell him to go ahead, he informs me he only does surgery on Tuesday and Thursday. I go out to make the appointment, the woman is searching and clicking on the computer and says "ok, the total will be $1110"... (I almost passed out) So I explained what I was told, she asked if I wanted to think about

Dr Soares and his staff (including the office manager) are so friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcomed. I drive to spring just to come to his office. He is absolutely the best dermatologist Ive ever seen, please give them a try.

I have never had a bad experience. I have been a patient since 2015. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dr. Soares is a master at his craft and very personable. Recently, I changed insurances and he is no longer in my network. I refuse to change so I pay out of pocket for my visits. This is how much I love this place and the people!
