From start to finish Eric Smock team was professional, courteous and expertly trained to do an install as complicated as ours was. They provided solutions to bring a ductless system into our 100 year old home which required a lot of thinking outside of the box. Every member of their crew took the utmost care on our property and they were as friendly and respectful as I have ever encountered in the world of specialized contractors. This company was amazing to deal with! They were able to come out same day, did a thorough inspection on our unique high velocity system, and were able to service our unit and getting working properly again right then and there. Out of the country when our renters told us there was an AC issue. Called first thing this past Friday, they came out that afternoon and fixed the problem. Price seemed a little high however based upon the same day service it was worth paying it. I also like the technology features they have with email updates, a picture of who is coming and email for final invoice.
