3 stars because at the least I got the cut that I asked for I did not feel welcome ( not sure if it was because of my ethnicity) there was no real conversation just an awkward silence until the very end there was one question asked and I tried to elaborate make small talk but no real interaction I had a blonde mommy brain moment and didn't do my math right and took back more money than I was supposed to when I was paying BUT I returned and corrected it and in the end I paid for a service that was supposed to be shampoo cut and style like it stated on the list framed on the wall but just had

Went in to get my hair done as a bridesmaid. I have medium to short, easy to style hair. I had a simple picture of an updo on short hair that the bride wanted me to have. I'm not sure who was the stylist. But she couldn't manage the hairstyle. It took half an hour to put in one braid and I had to have her change it multiple times because it looked terrible. So I left with a simple braid on one side (that fell out as soon as I got to the venue and re-did it myself) and paid $45 for it. Will be calling back on Tuesday to get money back. The other bridesmaids hair was done there as well
