The approach integrates evidence-based practices with natural solutions for lasting mental health improvements.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Specialized cognitive behavioral therapy helps clients transform negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety. Through structured sessions, we teach practical skills to rewire anxious thinking and develop healthier coping mechanisms. This research-proven approach delivers long-term results by addressing the cognitive components of anxiety disorders and panic attacks.
TeleHealth Counseling
TeleHealth counseling provides accessible mental health support through secure video sessions. This convenient option maintains the same therapeutic quality as in-person visits while offering flexibility for clients to receive treatment from home. Sessions utilize evidence-based techniques adapted for virtual delivery while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
EMDR Treatment
EMDR therapy helps clients process traumatic experiences that contribute to anxiety and panic disorders. This specialized treatment uses bilateral stimulation to reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. The technique effectively addresses trauma-related anxiety and PTSD symptoms through structured eight-phase treatment protocols.
Neurofeedback Sessions
Neurofeedback sessions train clients to regulate brain activity associated with anxiety through real-time monitoring of brainwaves. This non-invasive technique helps calm the nervous system and improve emotional regulation. Thank you Di for helping so many of my patients take charge of their lives by helping them with their anxiety and stress. You cant ask for a more knowledgeable, compassionate and holistic minded counselor who lives a holistic/natural lifestyle herself. She utilizes a variety of techniques including CBT which really help change the bodys pattern. She can also offer many other strategies for achieving a healthy mind, body and soul. I would highly recommend Dis Philippi for anyone struggling with stress or anxiety and want to do so naturally.

One of the best ways to decide if you are working with the right
therapist is to see if you feel comfortable opening up. Di Phillipi
creates an atmosphere in which being vulnerable and open is
possible. When we are open we can heal. Shes kind and wise.
Di holds the hope in the room. You will sense right away that you
are in good hands and that you will get better. I would unequivocally
refer anyone to Di, including family members, knowing that she is a
gifted therapist. Make an appointment with her and see if you agree.
