Never rent here! They rip students off, charge excessive fees when leaving- removed trash bins in 100+ degree weather during move out days. Maintenance is terrible. Make sure you take pictures of literally everything and use it against them.

Moved my daughter in and overall was pleased. Only missed the last star on account of missed maintenance around the building including broken lighting fixtures outside, plus damaged trim and a loosed door handle that weren't repaired before offering it to new renters. Overall satisfied with clean, nice looking apartment.

If you are the college kid its great lots of partys and drinking if youre the parents thinking of moving your kids here dont. There are many better options and they will fine your kids for anything they possibly can. Currently you will be paying full price but you will have non of the amenities that you are paying for. Do not recommend.

Wow! They might be nice apartments but you risk your safety by living here. And also there is ALWAYS trash everywhere in the yards and parking lot. And DO NOT bother security they are pointless. And if you have problems with anything dont bother Robbin she will tell you to call someone else.
