Sessions focus on personal growth, emotional regulation, and improving daily functioning through weekly 45-minute appointments tailored to individual needs.
Couples Counseling
Specialized therapy for couples addressing communication issues and relationship conflicts. Using emotionally focused therapy and the Gottman Method, we help partners improve connection, resolve conflicts constructively, and rebuild trust. Sessions emphasize developing mutual understanding and creating stronger emotional bonds through weekly 60-minute sessions.

Therapeutic sessions for families navigating behavioral challenges and communication breakdowns. Our approach combines attachment-focused and structural family therapy to improve parent-child relationships and household dynamics. We help families develop consistent parenting strategies and better conflict resolution techniques through both in-person and virtual sessions.

Secure teletherapy sessions available across New York State. Our HIPAA-compliant platform offers flexible scheduling options for clients who prefer remote sessions. This service maintains the same therapeutic quality as in-person visits while providing greater accessibility for those with busy schedules or mobility challenges.

As a group practice provider downtown Manhattan, I highly recommend Cobb Psychotherapy . I refer directly to Elizabeth Cobb, as well as members of her highly skilled and competent team. If you do not know where to start, or which therapist is the best fit, the receptionist will help make the match based on your needs. I recommend them without reservation.

Disorganised is the best word I can think of to describe this place. I try to phone, but no-body picks up, I sent an email, but that took about 24hrs for someone to get back to me.
