Services
Hydrotherapy
Our hydrotherapy services utilize water's natural properties to aid rehabilitation. The buoyancy reduces joint stress while resistance improves strength and mobility. Patients benefit from temperature-controlled pool sessions tailored to their specific recovery needs, making it ideal for post-surgical recovery and chronic condition management.
Pelvic Health Therapy
Specialized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction addresses urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and genito-pelvic pain. Our therapists use manual techniques, biofeedback, and targeted exercises to restore normal function. This service supports patients through postpartum recovery and menopausal transitions with compassionate, individualized care plans.
Sports Rehabilitation
Customized programs help athletes recover from sports-related injuries through functional training and sport-specific exercises. We focus on restoring range of motion, rebuilding strength, and preventing re-injury. Our therapists understand athletic demands and work closely with patients to safely return to competition at their optimal performance level.
Cold Laser Treatment
This non-invasive technology uses specific light wavelengths to stimulate healing and reduce inflammation. Effective for treating soft tissue injuries and chronic pain conditions, the treatment promotes cellular regeneration without heat or discomfort. Sessions integrate with traditional therapy techniques for enhanced recovery outcomes.
Work Conditioning
WA L&I approved program helps workers recover from job-related injuries through functional capacity evaluations and job-specific training. We focus on restoring physical abilities needed for safe return to work while preventing reinjury. The program includes ergonomic assessments and workplace modification recommendations when needed.

Mar 17, 2015 Report
I worked with Joe Ardnt after a ligament knee injury. He was extremely knowledgable and just by touch could tell the extent of the damage and set me on a rapid road to recovery. He mentioned he's operating in Montesano for almost 20 years (as of 2015). The place was equipped with plenty of exercise equipment and I was happy to find a local, professional I felt I could trust with helping me with my recovery.
