Whiskers at Home is a carefully curated group of people that truly LOVE cats. Besides being the biggest cat lovers in town, we are true partners with our clients in all cat care matters. We are celebrating ten years (and counting!) of working with cats, cat parents and cat industry professionals. Every Team member goes through comprehensive initial training and ongoing training, including courses on Feline Fundamentals.
Team members are employees, not independent contractors. We carefully screen them, interview them in person, check references and undergo comprehensive background checks. In addition, many team members have extensive shelter volunteer and veterinary clinic work experience. Communication is central to everything we do: We utilize proprietary technology to give you real time updates on your cat and home.

Our deep love for all animals is evident in our dedication to their well being and the companionship we provide. Jessica brought 15 years of experience in the service industry (working for Marriott International) and 30 years in personal pet care to the company when she started Whiskers at Home. She grew up having many pets-including a Chow Chow, a ringneck parrot, rabbits, and cats; and also loved working with horses.
Our Cat Sitting Visits

These visits allow for all of the cat(s) and home care tasks while still leaving plenty of time for all-important social interaction and play with your cat(s). 60-minute visits are often appropriate when care requirements are more complex, an energetic cat requires extra play time, or cat(s) simply need additional love and attention.

We use a proprietary technology called Virtual Imprints to keep you updated about our visits while you are away. We provide you with a QR scannable card during the New Client Registration Meeting that you can keep on your refrigerator or somewhere else safe. When our pet care professional arrives for their scheduled visit, they check-in by scanning your QR code inside your home.

We have a deep client base in these areas that can provide up to 25 - 30 hours a week throughout the year and 40 hours during holidays. We would work with you to come up with 2 set days off. Most of our clients in these areas have been with us for 8+ years, and we want to find the purrfect match to continue providing exceptional care to both cats and cat parents.
