
Dr. Haddock is an accomplished cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon and is certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). Dr. Haddock is a respected member of not only the Dallas plastic surgery community but is also known on a national and international level.
His goal is to individualize treatment by fully understanding the patient's needs through an open dialogue. Dr. Haddock can offer state of the art treatment options including some techniques he helped pioneer. He is an expert in cosmetic surgery and breast reconstruction as well as microsurgery. Being a native Texan, Dr. Haddock began his education at the University of Texas for both undergraduate and Medical School.

UT Southwestern Medical Center's Outpatient Building is a modern, seven-story patient-centric building on the UT Southwestern campus. Dr. Haddock's clinic is located on the fourth floor within the Plastic Surgery Clinic. Dr. Haddock sees all of his patient in this location and can perform minor procedures within his clinic.
