I initially visited based on the recommendation of a friend to clean up my tapered cut. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My haircut and wash and go were beautiful! I was very pleased with the service I received . I purchased their daily moisturizer, which I love. It leaves my hair soft and conditioned. The salon is clean and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. The prices are not for the faint of heart but I believe that it's worth it. Thank you New Beginnings!!

Very sanitary and relaxing environment; however, their services are severely overpriced. I highly recommend that you let them give you the price before you start. I believe in paying good money for quality service but their work is not that great and definitely not worth the cash. Even though I feel the way I feel, I kept going because the location was convenient for me. I finally decided to stop going when I had an issue I had to discuss with the manager. She had an extremely condescending attitude during our talk which I did not appreciate. I will not be returning because that young woman was

I will like to leave a honest review. The cleanliness and customer service is excellent. The business aspect is dishonest. I booked a service for one price and was tripled charge for all my services. I will say that I do have my hair service by professionals so Im familiar with pricing. My silk press was $155. Only. If I was charged this for all my services that would be understandable but I was not. I was charged $110 for a trim and my hair was previously trimmed 6 weeks ago. I was advise to have a scalp treatment and I asked for the price and was told $25 and was charged $45. The hydration

This was my first time and I had a very pleasant experience. I met with the owner Pauline for consultation and she took notes about what I was looking for. I wanted a "New Beginning" (cut, color, steam treatment
then wash and go) and that is indeed what I received. Everyone there was friendly, the vibe and energy was nothing but positive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The prices are pretty steep so I don't see myself going back often due to affordability but I will however be back! I was very happy with my end results. Thank you New Beginnings!!

New Beginnings offers a beautiful and clean environment, they are true professionals when it comes to loc care, and Ive been very satisfied with the coloring services as well. The staff and ambiance are great.I had my hair done at this Solon about 5 times and had gifted 2 of my loved ones to a New Beginnings experience. They also loved the quality of services. I recently spoke with the management team regarding my wait times in the salon because it started to bother me, and they were so kind and easy to speak with. They genuinely cared about my feedback.
