Services
Waterjet Cutting
We cut complex shapes in stainless steel, carbon steel, plastics, rubber, and foam using high-pressure waterjet technology. Our equipment handles materials up to 6" thick with 0.005" accuracy. This non-thermal process preserves material integrity while achieving intricate geometries for industrial applications.
Welding Services
Our AWS-certified welders specialize in stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes. We meet ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 standards for structural and process piping applications. All welds undergo ultrasonic and dye penetrant testing to ensure integrity.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We form sheet metal up to 1" thickness with capabilities in shearing, bending, and rolling. Our equipment handles sheets up to 8' wide for custom enclosures and industrial components. This includes precision brake forming and automated panel bending for complex shapes.
Mechanical Polishing
Our polishing services achieve finishes from 80-grit to mirror-like #8 polish on stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys. We use automated belt systems and manual buffing wheels to meet sanitary and aesthetic requirements for food processing and architectural applications.
Equipment Testing
We conduct operational testing on completed assemblies with customer-supplied media. This includes pressure testing to 150% of operating specifications and functional testing under load conditions. Customers may witness final testing prior to shipment to verify performance requirements.
