Ambulatory patients are those who are able to walk to the medical transport unit with general assistance or no assistance at all. These patients only require the assistance of medical transportation. Our Assisted Taxi Service is designed to help patients and clients who are ambulatory yet unable to drive themselves and may need assistance to do their day-to-day business.

After the transport is completed, MTS will automatically invoice the trip. We have all the information you will need for your records and can mail you copies at your request. MTS offers convenient payment options! We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Medical Transportation Solutions is a non-emergency medical transportation provider for the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex. We can also transport our customers beyond DFW. Transportation outside the primary service area is considered and priced on a case-by-case basis. A Medical Transportation Solutions representative will work with you to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered.
