Pickles and Bones is a carry-out only restaurant that also offers catering services. We honor the craft of well prepared barbecue by cooking only with all-wood fire. That's a big deal. In addition to the high quality smoked meats the sides are made from scratch and the bread is baked fresh every morning.

Pickles and Bones did an incredible job making food for our 175 people wedding reception! My husband and I love P&B in general, but the food for our wedding was fantastic. Everyone raved about it. We had pulled pork and pulled chicken along with lots of sides. Nicole (one of the owners) and her husband were great to work with and provided everything we needed to cater our wedding.

Since the early days of slinging barbecue out of the trailer Pickles and Bones Barbecue has been committed to giving back to our community. Working with the local schools and other 501(c)3 organizations we are proud offer our dine out program as our way to give back. We host your organization for a full day at our carryout location and give back 20% of the sales generated by your event to help out your cause.
