Advanced techniques with the expectation each person participating already has a good foundation of jiu-jitsu. This class will feature 30 to 45 minutes of instruction followed by 30 to 45 minutes of sparring. Features more advanced guard techniques with in depth explanations, a lot of drilling, and time for questions.
