All rental payments are made directly to Harris McHaney Property Management. We take out all relevant maintenance charges ourselves, with the remaining funds directly deposited into your account no later than the 15th of the month. We require all renters to fill out a rental application complete with a background check, credit check, verification of employment and rental verification.
