Needed oil in the middle of winter, driver came out and filled tank with only 50 gallons claiming we needed an inspection. We just had our tank inspected by Stafford in December (it's now Feb). We were also home at the time with both our cars clearly visible in the driveway and driver just left a note and never bothered to tell us anything. So they left us with about a weeks worth of oil and scrambling to find another company. They really don't care about customer service and I would use any company but this one...unless you want unreliable service and people who don't care.

It was done fast and with beautiful workmen ship ! By another contractor other than stafford !! I am more upset that stafford oil service dept said they work on R22 and after the sales pitch for a complete system, I realized that you are all about, not giving the customer any options and to soak the customer out of every penny !! I would not suggest Stafford for any oil burner or A/C work
