Dr. Lanfranchi would be happy to meet with you for an in-person consultation. A tiny hair-line incision is placed in the natural crease of both upper eyes. First, the excess thin skin is meticulously removed. If present, any prominent bulging fat pads are then removed to enhance the contour of the inner aspect of each eyelid.
