I have used Overhead Door for a variety of services since they installed doors in my new garage 25 years ago. I also have referred them to my real estate clients who are preparing to sell a home or have just purchased. I have never been disappointed. They respond quickly to emergencies, are well trained, have an amazing array of door and operator options, and they care about our community.

Called the Gillette office to have a Door Tech come out and review my broken door, scheduled an appt for them to come out and they were a NO-CALL NO-SHOW. Bust!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Quality Floor Covering had a broken spring and both garage door businesses were out a week but Overhead Door was able to fit us in after a couple of days and had it fixed super fast.

Report
I have used Overhead Door exclusively for several years. The service is top notch. I recently had my door come off the track and the service provider not only fixed the door, but replaced the bulbs, coded a new remote as well as my car and lubed the door to prevent future slips. She was fast, courteous and the price was reasonable.
