Home care services offered by Avenues for Care, Inc. serves Minnesota residents of all ages while striving to provide quality personal care services in accordance with state and federal guidelines. We serve residents who are in need of personal care services in an effort to remain independent and safe in their homes, while providing support to families.

The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is responsible for providing personal care services to Clients in their homes and or in the communities in which they live. The PCA's will provide supportive services to medically stable Clients for the activities of daily living. The PCA will follow a care plan that has been developed for each individual client.
