At High Gear Physical Therapy everyone has the potential to live long and healthy lives regardless of what our "genetics" say.
This can be accomplished if the following principles are followed everyday: taking care of the soft tissues and joints of our bodies with daily movement and proper exercise, utilizing efficient body mechanics and postures during our daily activities and sports, eating a clean diet, getting adequate sleep which is uninterrupted and at least 7-8 hours, avoiding environmental toxins whenever possible including those in our water supply, food, air, electromagnetic radiation, etc. and by taking time away from work.

Over time our bodies lose their access to motion and their ability to utilize the correct stabilizing muscles in the right sequence thus compromising our ability to live and play efficiently and without pain. It is best that all patient's bring a pair of gym shorts with them in case they are needed. We can bill your insurance if you would like us to as a courtesy. However we are an out of network provider for all insurance carriers. We require full payment for your treatment at the time of service and any reimbursement due to you will come directly back to you from your insurance company after your claim is processed by them.
