Responds in a very timely fashion. Very professional and very understanding. It was my first ticket and he helped me through the whole process. Sent a picture of my ticket notary and paid, 2 months later get the results and he was able to bring down my ticket with points to a non moving violation with no points. If you took the time to read this all the way thru i would highly reccomend you go to his website or give him a call or email. You wont be disappointed.
