Big Dan's BBQstarted out in my backyard. My first smoker was a tiny, electric smoker, but the first time I smoked a pork shoulder on it, I was hooked! Throughout many years, and many smokers, my goal has been to make BBQ that will keep people coming back for more. After leaving the corporate world in 2012, I bought a big ole BBQ trailer and started Well Done Q.
